Posting of Report & Accounts, Dividend Timetable and Notice of AGM

RapidCloud International plc (AIM:RCI), the computing services, web hosting and web solutions provider based in Southeast Asia, is pleased to announce that its Final Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 have today been posted to shareholders together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting. Electronic copies of these documents are available from the Company’s investor relations website at in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company announces that the timetable for the payment of the proposed final dividend to shareholders is set out in the table below:
